  1. MOST IMPORTANT –  Consult the Groom:
  • This is by far the most important, you are doing this for enjoyment for the groom to be, it is not meant to be torture! Talk to the groom about his preferences and expectations for the party. Ensure the activities align with his interests and comfort level.

2. Set a Date:

  • Choose a date that works for the groom and the majority of the invitees. Ideally, it should be a few weeks before the wedding.

3. Select a Venue:

  • Decide whether you want to host the party at home, rent a venue, or reserve a space at a restaurant or club. Ensure the venue suits the number of guests and the chosen theme.

4. Create the Guest List:

  • Develop a guest list based on the groom’s closest friends and family. Consider his relationships and the type of atmosphere he would enjoy.

  • Once the details are in place, send out invitations or save-the-dates to the guest list. Include all relevant information such as date, time, location, and any special instructions.

10. Coordinate Transportation:

  • If needed, arrange transportation for the group. This might include renting a party bus, hiring a driver, or coordinating carpools.

11. Plan Surprises:

  • Consider adding a few surprises or personalized touches to make the event memorable. This could be anything from games to special decorations.

12. Capture the Memories:

  • Arrange for someone to capture photos or videos of the event. These memories will be cherished, and the groom can look back on them fondly.
